How I see it:
It's about tapping into the energy of the crowd, reading its desires, anticipating its actions and exposing its intensity. It's about maintaining the spontaneous purity of the moment while at the same time pulling the strings from behind the curtain. It's a balancing act and it's as fragile a thing as there exits.

My Experience:
In 15 years of producing games and ceremonies I've been at the helm during some unforgettable moments in which the script gets tossed out the window, including a team reunion complete with an unexpected return and speech by a legend and an impromptu father son reunion. My extensive experience in volatile ever-changing situations has helped me develop strong critical thinking skills and a quiet and calm confidence under pressure to make it appear that it's all going as planned.
