How I see it:
They say content is king, but without a good story to accompany it, it's just a bunch of flashy images on a screen. In the heavily saturated age of digital media it's a good story that's as good as gold.

Project Description:
Having just raised a championship banner in 2010, ownership challenged us to develop a newsworthy way of raising the 2012 championship banner that also connected directly with our marketing theme "Together We're Giant."
My Role:
I Proposed a bold idea of bringing the banner in by boat. The idea was literally laughed at in the first meeting and called impossible to plan and time properly. After hearing out my execution plan I put my reputation on the line and persuaded the cross-functional team that this could be properly timed for in-stadium and TV and cleanly executed.
I led all planning and served as live event producer through ceremony.
The Outcome:
The ceremony perfectly aligned with our marketing theme and it was hailed as a huge success by members of the organization, fans and media alike.
A former supervisor called this one of my greatest moments within the organization for showcasing my creativity, passion, leadership and perseverance.
Media Reaction:
