Project Description:

Hired to bring the 49ers entertainment in-house and define the game day fan experience at Levi's Stadium from scratch. 

My Role:

Developed integrated partnerships, built co-branded promotional relationships, created cost-efficient programs and found long-term savings that saved the 49ers money.

The Outcome:

From talent and performance fee's to operating expenses, game day enhancements and labor, these efforts provided a $1 million cost savings/value add to the company.
