Project Description:

One day ticket sales launch event held at AT&T Park in 2006 aimed at generating increased ticket sales revenue.

My Role:

Assigned as project manager of the event, I was put in charge of creation of engaging interactive in-park content and contests, working with our advertising agency to design, create and distribute marketing collateral, creating and securing promotional radio and web spots, overseeing operational layout and event flow and assigning and managing staff and day of event execution.​

The Outcome:

The event generated $650,000 in revenue, a roughly 850% increase over the previous year's launch and entertained nearly 15,000 fans throughout the day.
