Project Description:
Led effort to turn game-operations into a revenue-generating department through creative development of special once-in-a-lifetime experiences
My Role::
Oversaw all aspects of project including developing creative ideas, determining feasibility, promoting, selling and executing.
The Outcome:
Effort generated three new high-end experiences and drove a 225% revenue increase in three years time.
