How I see it:
They say content is king, but without a good story to accompany it, it's just a bunch of flashy images on a screen. In the heavily saturated age of digital media it's a good story that's as good as gold.

Project Description:
Clippers Owner, Steve Ballmer, and star Kawhi Leonard partnered on 500,000 backpack giveaway for all kids in the Los Angeles Unified School District.
Pulling this off before the start of school gave us just 30 days from project beginning to full distribution at over 1,000 LA based schools.
My Role:

I was assigned project manager overseeing vendor selection, procurement of bags, ensuring bags arrived on-time and coordinating distribution.
The Outcome:
We hit delivery date, successfully distributed the half million backpacks to over 1,000 LA based schools and garnered local and national media attention.

The project was so massive that the story of procuring the backpacks was mentioned in the Sports Illustrated article on the backpack giveaway.
