Project Description:
2014 Boston Marathon
Various events I've led and the revenue they have generated.
My Role:
Served as project manager of these events overseeing all aspects including being responsible for revenue generation.
The Outcome:
Various outcomes for each respective event.

Built out Boston Marathon expo booth and "runners wheels" which encouraged try-on and drove increased sales

The event generated over a million on-site impressions and $3.4 million in sales, a 125% YOY increase
LA Clippers Playbooks

As part of the event, I worked with the sales team to build-out a prospecting event for warm leads to show them the benefits of becoming a season ticket member

Each event drove $50,000 and upwards in new sales
SF Giants March to Opening Day

As project manager, I led the effort in conjunction with sales team to facilitate season and single game ticket sales

The event generated $650,000 in revenue, a roughly 850% increase over the previous year's launch
