How I see it:
They say content is king, but without a good story to accompany it, it's just a bunch of flashy images on a screen. In the heavily saturated age of digital media it's a good story that's as good as gold.

Project Description:
2012 Giants All-Star Game vote campaign to get as many Giants elected to the MLB All-Star team as possible.
My Role:
Served as project manager overseeing organizational effort. Set strategy, led creative ideation, managed calendar and overall campaign including creation of in-park, print, radio, TV and social media messaging.

Aggressively adopted a mobile voting strategy and heavily marketed it in the final 3 days to shoot past others players.
Used a viral video with Bay Area Rapper, E-40, as the lynchpin of the campaign. Developed concept from ideation through final placement including writing of all lyrics.
The Outcome:
The Giants shocked the sports word getting 3 Giants elected with a stunning 1/3rd of all the 11 million votes cast across MLB.

Campaign garnered national attention for its effectiveness and led to home field advantage in the World Series and increased merchandise sales.
